At d’Wonder, we fuel life’s meaningful moments with long-lasting, eco-conscious gear. We’re scaling fast and need a sales closer who LIVES in Kommo, squeezes every drop of value out of social-ad leads, and partners with marketing to keep the pipeline flowing.

Role mission

Turn high-intent social leads into revenue through high-frequency, high-quality outreach, disciplined pipeline management, and tight feedback loops with marketing and design.

Role Summary

Own speed-to-lead, high-frequency outreach, and pipeline hygiene in Kommo. Nurture social-ad inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and DMs, coordinate with marketing to optimize ads, forms, and landing pages, and hand off precise creative briefs to designers.

Expectations: 80–120 calls per day, first touch within 5 minutes, structured cadences, and weekly insights.

Compensation: base salary + commission, performance accelerators, and growth opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
