About The Role

The future of an SEO Specialist is being a Growth Specialist. SEO is only a small part of growth and we at LH2Holdings want to give you the opportunity to grow websites using SEO to grow a content platform using whatever it takes. You’ll get hands-on experience in growing web content platforms through SEO, Google Discover, Google News, LLM Optimisation, Content Syndication, Social Media growth, Email marketing growth, Affiliate management and so on.

Job Description

• Lead SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic across multiple properties.
• Handle content optimization, internal linking, backlink building, and technical improvements (e.g., site speed, crawlability).
• Use tools like GA4 and Search Console to analyze performance, track competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Drive topic/category expansion and optimize for platforms like Google Discover, Google News, and newsletters.
• Support audience growth through content syndication, email marketing, and social engagement strategies.
• Work with tech, content, and external stakeholders to implement SEO and business growth initiatives.
  
  

Skill Set Required

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (SEO certification is a plus).
• 2–5 years of proven SEO experience with success in driving traffic and improving rankings.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and familiar with WordPress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act on data insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
