GRP Fiberglass Worker / Technician

We are seeking a skilled GRP Fiberglass Worker to support fabrication, installation, and repair of GRP/fiberglass components across construction, marine sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform GRP lamination, fabrication, and finishing work.
• Repair and maintain fiberglass components (tanks, pipes, panels, etc.).
• Read and follow technical drawings or instructions.
• Conduct surface preparation, sanding, polishing, and gel coat application.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in GRP/Fiberglass work.
• Skilled in lamination, cutting, sanding, and repairs.
• Ability to read simple drawings and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial or outdoor environments.
• Experience in marine or construction GRP work is a plus.
