GSAS Design & Build Certified Green Professional (GSAS-D&B CGP)

About the Role:
Seero Engineering Consulting is seeking a qualified GSAS Design & Build Certified Green Professional (GSAS-D&B CGP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our projects meet the highest sustainability and environmental performance standards in line with the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives and GSAS certification processes for design and construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and submit GSAS documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable design strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance on green building materials, energy efficiency, and environmental design.
• Ensure compliance with GSAS Design & Build requirements and other relevant sustainability standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must hold a valid GSAS-D&B Certified Green Professional (CGP) certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sustainability design, green building consultancy, or GSAS-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and building performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
