About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented General Skilled Migration Case Manager with strong expertise in documentation preparation and management. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end migration cases under Australia’s General Skilled Migration (GSM) program, ensuring accurate paperwork, compliance with immigration requirements, and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client applications for Australian GSM visas (Subclass 189, 190, 491, etc.).
- Conduct eligibility assessments and explain visa pathways to clients.
- Prepare, review, and verify all required documentation, including identity documents, qualifications, skills assessments, and employment evidence.
- Draft Statements of Purpose (SOPs), cover letters, and checklists for clients.
- Liaise with clients to collect missing documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Submit applications to relevant authorities (Department of Home Affairs, skills assessing bodies, state/territory authorities).
- Maintain precise records of client files, supporting evidence, and case notes.
- Track case progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with Australian immigration laws, documentation standards, and procedural changes.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and ethical practices.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, HR, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in Australian skilled migration casework, especially in documentation handling.
- Strong understanding of Australian immigration law, GSM visa subclasses, and skills assessment authorities.
- Exceptional documentation, proofreading, and compliance-checking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, meet strict deadlines, and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,752.27 per month
