Foreground is partnering with a leading global fitness and wellness organisation to appoint a Sales Transformation & Training Manager based in Riyadh. This is a senior, hands on role focused on building a high performance sales organisation through process excellence, training, and data driven decision making.
This role is not suitable for general sales profiles. It is designed for candidates who live and breathe fitness and understand structured sales environments.

- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the local rollout of a structured sales process aligned with global standards
- Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership on sales effectiveness
- Implement and optimise CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Analyse sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline data to drive clear improvement actions
- Design and deliver sales training and field coaching for Sales and Telesales teams
- Conduct shadowing visits, providing practical feedback and performance guidance
- Drive adoption of financial solutions and ensure sales targets are met
- Identify process gaps, build recovery plans, and ensure disciplined execution
- Run regular sales reviews with global stakeholders and headquarters teams Experience & Skills Required
- 7-10 years experience within multinational organisations or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of sales processes and sales transformation
- Proven experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce highly preferred)
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
