JOB SUMMARY
The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing shift operations within the GSOC and ensuring effective monitoring, analysis, and response to security events and incidents. This role supervises GSOC analysts, ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, and coordinates incident response activities to protect personnel, facilities, assets, and operations.
The GSOC Supervisor provides real-time leadership during incidents, supports intelligence reporting, and ensures accurate documentation and escalation of security events. This position acts as the primary point of contact for GSOC operations during assigned shifts.

Core duties include:

Lead day-to-day shift operations in a 24/7 monitoring environment, including conducting shift handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.

Supervise and support GSOC analysts in the monitoring of alarms, access control systems, and surveillance platforms.

Evaluate security alerts, incidents, and intelligence reports to determine appropriate response actions, ensuring proper escalation and documentation in the incident management system.

Coordinate response activities and communication with internal stakeholders (corporate security, facilities, HR, IT) and external agencies as required.

Monitor threat intelligence feeds, travel risk alerts, and global events that could impact company operations, providing shift briefings and situational awareness updates.

Ensure adherence to GSOC policies, procedures, and operational protocols, and maintain readiness of all GSOC systems and technology.

Assist with incident investigations and post-incident reporting.

Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to procedures or technology, supporting the GSOC Manager with operational reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Support training initiatives, assist with onboarding new staff, and mentor GSOC analysts.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Basic Qualifications
- United States citizenship preferred

Minimum age of 21 years.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances or background checks if applicable.
Education/Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, GSOC, SOC, or command center environments.

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Experience with security monitoring technologies such as video management systems, access control platforms, or incident management software.

Experience with incident response and emergency coordination.

Performing work in a GSOC environment with continuous monitoring of security systems and intelligence sources.

Position requires prolonged periods of sitting and viewing multiple monitors.

Must be able to respond quickly to security incidents and operational issues.

Requires availability for rotating shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

May require occasional overtime during major incidents or emergencies.
Salary: $36.00 per hour
