GST Executive - Immediate Joiner - Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are hiring: Senior Executive – GST !!

Location: Head Office – Jaipur, Rajasthan
Department: Accounts & Finance
Employment Type: Full-Time

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter – Preferred
• Certification in GST / Taxation – Added Advantage

Experience:

• 9 years of experience in GST compliance and taxation
• Experience in handling GST for multi-location or project-based organizations preferred
• Exposure to construction / infrastructure / engineering industry will be an advantage

Key Technical Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in filing:
• GSTR-1
• GSTR-3B
• GSTR-2A / 2B reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of GST reconciliation processes
• Preparation and verification of GST working sheets
• Expertise in input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation
• Knowledge of GST portal operations and return filing procedures
• Handling GST notices and departmental queries
• Experience in GST audit support and documentation
• Understanding of reverse charge mechanism (RCM)
• Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance
• Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, data reconciliation)
• Familiarity with Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Monthly reconciliation of GSTR-2A / 2B with purchase register
• Ensure accurate ITC claim and compliance
• Maintain GST records and documentation
• Reconcile output and input GST liabilities
• Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental correspondence
• Coordinate with internal accounts team for data verification
• Assist in GST audit preparation and compliance review
• Ensure timely statutory compliance as per GST laws
