Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications.

Select proper equipment, tungsten, filler metal, and welding sequence.

Perform TIG welding on assigned materials and components.
-
Inspect welds visually and with measuring tools to meet quality standards.

Complete documentation of work performed.

Maintain work area, tools, and equipment.

Follow all safety requirements and company policies.

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
3–5 years TIG welding experience or formal training from an accredited welding program.

Proficiency in blueprint reading and weld symbols.

Experience in precision metal fabrication.

Welding certification (AWS or equivalent).

Strong TIG welding technique with emphasis on quality and precision.

Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

Able to work under production schedules and meet deadlines.
-
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
-
Stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and reach as required.

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
-
Adequate vision for detailed work (close, distance, color, depth).

Manufacturing floor environment with welding noise, heat, and fumes.
-
PPE required (welding helmet, gloves, protective clothing, etc.).
$18-$25/hour. Pay range based on experience.
