About the role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled
GTM Engineer
who'll be responsible for hitting ambitious targets every month and driving the pipeline by running growth experiments across marketing channels for clients.
You'll also play a key role in helping B2B SaaS clients scale their acquisition. Collaborating with growth engineers, you'll develop automated and scalable revenue operations processes.
What you’ll be doing:

Develop automated customer acquisition strategies in partnership with operations, marketing, sales, and partnerships

Run lead conversion experiments by generating ideas, defining targeting, writing copy, and scaling successful strategies
-
Iterate on go-to-market initiatives, test changes, measure impact, and scale the most effective improvements

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to own and drive high-impact acquisition initiatives aligned with company goals

Identify and leverage new data sources to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign timing
-
Craft highly personalized email campaigns tailored to diverse audience segments, using internal data points and A/B testing at scale (1M+ prospects per quarter)

Design and optimize AI-driven outreach by leveraging prompt engineering and structured data sources (e.g., sales call transcripts, competitor analysis, persona insights) to improve cold outreach performance using PromptLayer

Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement, from reading reply data to writing SQL queries
-
Understand customer journeys by analyzing attribution data and identifying meaningful interactions that drive funnel progression
-
Boost outbound email positive reply rates through A/B testing, GPT prompt building, intent signal development, and best-in-class copywriting strategies

Work with tools across the data stack, including dbt (transformation), BigQuery/Supabase (storage), Hex.tech (BI tool), Datamorf.io, n8n, Hightouch, and Cargo (data activation)

Manage outbound campaigns using Instantly.ai, Smartlead, HeyReach, and integrate CRM systems like HubSpot and Pipedrive

Apply AI and prompt engineering platforms such as PromptLayer, OpenAI, and Clay to enhance acquisition strategies
Who are we looking for?

1–2+ years of experience in growth, product, marketing, or engineering roles within fast-paced startups or similar environments

A hacker mentality with structured problem-solving skills: you thrive on experimentation, quick pivots, and novel approaches to drive revenue

Strong ownership mindset—comfortable taking initiatives from idea to execution with minimal oversight

Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing complex, outcome-driven projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy

Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches to achieve goals

Data-savvy, with the ability to write complex SQL queries for campaign analysis (Python is a plus)

Skilled in prompt engineering and AI-driven campaign optimization
