Conduct research on polices and regulations in target markets, formulate products access strategies and regional GTM implementation roadmaps align with brand’s global strategy as well as regional sales target.
Continuously track market dynamics in key markets. Analyze competitors' launch strategies, pricing logic, marketing playbooks (tactics), and sales performance. Generate market and competitor insights to provide a basis for volume and pricing strategies and sales plans.
3 Responsible for the overseas launch execution of new vehicle models, including volume decomposition (target breakdown), pricing strategy development, and goal setting. Formulate the overall launch strategy and initial sales path based on user pain points, market capacity, and the competitive landscape.
4 Conduct regular frontline channel research, collecting sales feedback and user decision-making path information. Identify sales opportunities and continuously optimize operation strategies and market tactics based on regional user characteristics and NPS data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above.
More than 5 years overseas’experience, with prior experience in auto field of New Product Launch and GTM Project Management are highly preferred.
Familiar with designated market regulations, user habits are preferable.
Proficient in utilizing various office software, including but not limited to Excel, SQL, Thinkcell.
Possess strong learning ability, data analysis skills, and logical thinking. Must be proactive, meticulous, highly responsible, and demonstrate strong cross-functional communication skills.
Fluency in English and adept at cross-cultural communication. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
