GTM Marketing and Communications Manager, TMEA

What will you do?

As a manager, you will lead and oversee B2B marketing and communications strategy for TMEA markets, with a strong focus on UAE and KSA, and the Energy, Oil & Gas, Metals and Mining industries. You'll manage a small team and collaborate with senior stakeholders to:

• Support multi channel marketing activities to execute projects and business development activities across the regions, including content production, press releases, event support, website maintenance and social media.
• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global GTM objectives.
• Lead multi channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, social) to support business development and brand positioning.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring ROI and timely delivery of projects.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering growth and high performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging and thought leadership content.
• Oversee analytics and reporting, using insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Who are you today?

You are a strategic thinker and hands on leader with:

• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in consulting, services, or agency environments, with strong knowledge of TMEA and Chemicals/Petrochemicals sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential, Arabic highly preferred.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Highly organized, independent, and results driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
