As a GTM Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in scaling the business teams that power Otter's fast-growing global platform. From Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to Finance, Legal, Operations, and People—you'll help us bring in world-class talent across our GTM functions.
You will:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior GTM roles across multiple functions and geographies.
- Partner directly with business and executive leaders to define hiring needs, craft role profiles, and align recruiting strategy with company goals.
- Drive strategic hiring initiatives that strengthen our leadership bench, optimize time-to-fill, and elevate hiring quality.
- Build robust pipelines through creative sourcing, competitive market mapping, and proactive engagement of high-caliber candidates.
- Leverage data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve process efficiency, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
- 4–6 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Corporate, GTM, or G&A functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations).
- A strategic partner who can influence senior stakeholders and advise leaders on market trends, organizational design, and hiring strategy.
- Proven track record managing complex, high-impact searches across multiple functions or geographies.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to pitch, persuade, and build trust with both candidates and executives.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office, 5 days a week. We believe the best work happens in person—especially when building tools that power one of the world's most dynamic industries. In-office collaboration accelerates problem-solving, alignment, and innovation.
Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
