GTM Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a hungry, data driven and organized GTM specialist to join our team at Reacher and help our customers dominate TikTok Shop. This role will require wearing multiple hats across sales, product and customer success working closely with our Head of GTM.

This role will start on a probationary period and upon a successful 60 day review will transition to full time.

What you'll do:

  • Support the development of go-to-market plans and execute integrated marketing strategies across content, events and business development

  • Partner with cross functional teams to build data foundations, analyze metrics and provide actionable recommendations for GTM strategy and operational efficiency

  • Grow and maintain relationship with customers across the organization

  • Learn and execute the end to end sales cycle while occasionally jumping on customer success calls as needed

  • Jump in as needed for partner support and knowledge base, partnering with engineering to ensure proper release notes and documentation on new product updates/features

  • Handle support tickets and troubleshoot customer issues with CS and engineering teams

  • Ensure proper documentation of key information and ensure projects are clearly defined and are on track to hit deadlines

  • Support customers so they are maximizing Reacher's capabilities to grow their TikTok Shop businesses

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience within AI B2B Saas, preferably within creator marketing industries

  • 4 year college degree

  • Hunger and willingness to learn/work long hours to get the job done

  • Strong data and analytical skills

  • Fluency in using AI tools, like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and understanding on how they work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product/GTM for AI B2B SaaS strongly preferred

  • Background in social commerce or influencer marketing technology

Compensation Range: $60K - $80K
