Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Wash, sort, peel, and cut guavas as per production requirements</li><li>Prepare guava paste/pulp using approved recipes and methods</li><li>Operate basic food processing equipment (grinders, boilers, mixers, etc.)</li><li>Monitor cooking/processing time, temperature, and consistency</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of work area and equipment</li><li>Follow food safety, quality, and health regulations</li><li>Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products</li><li>Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of food preparation or food processing</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and standard recipes</li><li>Understanding of hygiene and safety practices</li><li>Physically fit to stand for long periods</li><li>Prior experience in food production is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
