Position Summary:
Palazzo Versace Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Ambassador to join the esteemed team at La Vita Restaurant & Bar. This pivotal role is responsible for managing all reservations and maintaining the guest database, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all patrons. Key Responsibilities:
Reservations Management:

Oversee all aspects of reservations for La Vita Restaurant & Bar, including taking, confirming, and modifying bookings as necessary.

Ensure that all reservations are accurately entered into the guest database, maintaining up-to-date records of guest preferences and special requests.
Guest Database Maintenance:

Manage and update the guest database, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible to the service team.

Analyze guest data to identify trends and preferences, assisting in the development of personalized service initiatives.
Guest Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests regarding reservations, inquiries, and special requests, delivering exceptional service and hospitality.

Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their overall dining experience at La Vita.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the restaurant management team and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding reservations and guest preferences.

Promotional Activities:

Compliance and Safety:

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a guest services or reservations role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
