Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service
• Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer any questions about menu options or dietary needs
• Prepare light food items and beverages, including coffee, tea, and juice, adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, buffet stations, and service equipment in compliance with health regulations
• Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards in all aspects of food preparation and service

Experience

• Previous experience in complimentary hotel breakfast is helpful
• Strong background in customer service, serving, or catering environments
• Experience with food preparation, food handling, or banquet service enhances your suitability for this role
• Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety regulations is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or catering events
• Prior banquet or catering experience helps ensure smooth operations during busy breakfast hours
