Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Communication Chat Support Specialist located in Sahiwal Division. The specialist will be responsible for managing guest inquiries via chat, providing timely and accurate responses, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Key tasks include handling various communication channels, creating and writing responses, and ensuring strategic communications align with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Internal Communications skills
• Ability to use Chatgpt to translate in spanish
• Experience with Writing and Press Releases
• Ability to develop and execute Strategic Communications
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using chat support software and related technologies
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Sahiwal Division
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred
