Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Guest Experience Agent at The Kimpton Pittman Hotel. The Guest Experience Agent will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role involves delivering memorable customer service, coordinating with internal teams to meet guest needs, and resolving any issues to enhance the overall guest experience. The role may also include concierge duties, such as sharing local insights and recommendations for the surrounding Deep Ellum neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Proficiency with hospitality management systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to guests’ needs promptly and effectively
• Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of the local Dallas and Deep Ellum area is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or the hospitality industry is preferred
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
