What You’ll Be Doing

You’re the first hello and the lasting impression.

• Welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and personality
• Lead our check-in and check-out experience
• Be a go-to for recommendations (food, drinks, neighborhoods, experiences)
• Anticipate needs before they’re asked
• Communicate with your team via Slack to keep everything flowing
• Problem-solve on the fly with calmness and creativity
• Keep the front desk and surrounding areas sharp, clean, and organized

Who You Are

• Naturally social and engaging with guests
• You can read situations and respond accordingly
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable juggling multiple things at once
• Curious and proactive
• Tech-friendly, quick to learn new systems
• Hospitality experience is a plus!

The Details

• Full-time and part-time positions (potentially including weekends and holidays)
• On-site in Nashville, TN
• $19/hour
