Guest Experience Host

Guest Experience Administrator

Lazuk Esthetics | Alpharetta, Georgia

Lazuk Esthetics is seeking an energetic, polished, and highly personable Guest Experience Administrator to become a central part of our in-practice guest experience.

This is not a traditional receptionist or call-center position. Our technology and AI systems manage much of our routine communication and appointment scheduling. This role is focused primarily on caring for guests who are physically present in the practice and ensuring that every visit feels warm, organized, elevated, and thoughtfully curated.

The ideal candidate is a genuine people person who enjoys making others feel comfortable, recognized, and cared for. They should be attentive without hovering, professional without feeling overly formal, and confident enough to guide guests through their experience while supporting the clinical team behind the scenes.

No previous knowledge of medical esthetics is required. Extensive training will be provided on our services, treatments, products, guest-management systems, and internal processes.

Manage Guest Flow and Team Coordination

  • Coordinate guest arrivals and communicate their status to the appropriate team members.
  • Help maintain a smooth flow between reception, consultation, treatment, and checkout.
  • Anticipate timing issues and communicate delays or changes appropriately.
