Guest Experience & Human Resources Coordinator

Are you an organized, people-focused professional who loves creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members? Join our team as a Guest Service and HR Coordinator, where you’ll be the heart of our front-line operations/guest experience, as well as coordinate onboarding and training of all new team members.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure all guests are greeted and assisted with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit is seamless and enjoyable.
  • Support scheduling, appointments, and daily front desk operations.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and care.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, maintaining employee files, and coordinating HR communications.
  • Help plan staff meetings, trainings, and recognition events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold a positive, supportive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, professional communicator with excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or human resources (salon/spa/hospitality experience a plus).
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and ADP a plus
  • A calm, solution-focused attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for people and teamwork.

This is a full-time position Tues-Sat, 8-4:30 (1-2 eve availability)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
