Guest Experience & Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of two busy salon/spa locations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-service driven, and experienced in the beauty industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the salon and/or spa industry
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Management and leadership experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and client interactions
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to create and implement systems and operational procedures

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing staff schedules
• Overseeing daily salon operations
• Supervising and supporting team members
• Purchasing and inventory management
• Implementing systems and improving workflow efficiency
• Ensuring exceptional client experiences across both locations

This position requires someone who is motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
