La Gitana Premium Cigars is the hottest new cigar lounge in Akron. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences, from expertly curated cigars and drinks to impeccable service.

As La Gitana Premium Cigars continues to grow, we are searching for a committed, proactive Lounge Server who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced cigar lounge with beer and wine bar.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience while also sharing your expertise in cigars.

This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience in our lounge. Candidates must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Ø Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued

Ø Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing cigar recommendations when necessary

Ø Serve beverages, cut and light cigars for guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation

Ø Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area, including tables, chairs, and service stations

Ø Collaborate with management to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly

Ø Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality

Ø Uphold lounge policies, hygiene, and customer service standards

Requirements

Ø Previous experience in a server setting is required

Ø Previous experience in a bar/lounge setting is preferred

Ø Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Ø Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ø A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
