This role is on behalf of YamamaLiv, a modern serviced-living brand operated by Chapter One under our White Label model. YamamaLiv offers flexible, design-led accommodation tailored for both long- and short-term stays, blending the comfort of home with the service standards of a hotel. With a focus on style, convenience, and exceptional guest experiences, YamamaLiv is redefining serviced living across Saudi Arabia.


The Role

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you’re not just the face of YamamaLiv, you’re the heartbeat of the guest journey. You’ll be empowered to make decisions that delight guests, keep our buildings looking their best, and ensure operations run like clockwork.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the guest experience from check-in to check-out, creating warm connections and memorable moments.
  • Act as the bridge between guests and our teams — coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and external partners to keep everything seamless.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the property, ensuring every apartment meets YamamaLiv’s high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
  • Wear many hats: part sales champion, part experience curator, part auditor, part problem-solver and always a positive ambassador for the brand.
  • Stay proactive and empowered, making real-time decisions to resolve issues and elevate the guest experience.
