Our Guest Experience Team is made up of what we call Memory Makers. These are the people who turn simple moments into meaningful experiences, from the first welcome to the final goodbye.
As a Guest Experience Team Member, you will step into a role we internally call a Guest Experience Architect. This means you are not just completing tasks, you are helping design and deliver the full guest experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on, all encompassing role for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and creating genuine connections.
What you’ll Do
You’ll work in a small, collaborative team (2-4 people at a time), rotating through different areas of the campground. As a Guest Experience Architect, your role is to ensure every guest interaction feels intentional, welcoming, and memorable.
Responsibilities include:
No two shifts look the same. You are part of the experience from beginning to end.
Who you are
You might be a great fit for this role if you:
Experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
We can teach skills. We can’t teach care.
