Guest Post Outreach Executive

We are looking for an experienced Guest Post Outreach Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to high-quality websites and blogs for guest post opportunities. Your goal is to build strong relationships with publishers and secure valuable backlinks for our clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify guest post opportunities on relevant, authoritative websites within our clients' industries.
• Conduct outreach via email and social media to pitch guest post proposals and secure placement.
• Negotiate terms for guest posts, including anchor text, content guidelines, and publication dates.
• Build and maintain relationships with website owners, bloggers and editors for long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure articles are high-quality, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
• Track and report on guest post placements and performance metrics to ensure goals are being met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and link building.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in guest post outreach and link building.
• Strong understanding of SEO, backlink strategies, and the importance of quality content.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., BuzzSumo, Pitchbox, Hunter.io, etc.).
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with website owners and bloggers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with content creation and editing is a plus.
