Office Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the organization and execution of general administration functions.
PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Maintain office files.
- Provide administrative oversight and direction.
- Oversee office resource allocation.
- Provide oversight and control of the office organization and workplace environment.
- Work with the Sales and the Operations team to meet or exceed customer expectations with regard to capability, quality and performance of all work.
- Work with team and to implement and monitor company safety policy and procedures to assure the safety of all workers.
- Follow all company policy and responsibly manage company risks and liability in all dealings. Maintain positive relationships with key corporate vendors and develop relationships with local vendors.
- Ensure that all company and administrative deadlines are met timely.
Requirements & Education
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Associate degree (or other 2-year degree) or High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate), with 3-5 years related work experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Mathematics – Basic knowledge of arithmetic
Economics and Accounting – Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data
- Excellent interpersonal skills that include communicating effectively with internal and external customers
- Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines independently
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONSIDERATIONS:
- Office environment

- The employee is regularly required to talk or hear
- The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- Fill out business or government forms
