Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell studio memberships, packages, and wellness programs.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective conversions.
- Follow up with leads from tele-calling, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Actively participate in promotional events, open houses, and collaborations.
- Welcome guests warmly, guide them through the studio, and explain offerings.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
- Ensure a seamless experience from first interaction to membership sign-up.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Coordinate with instructors and management for smooth class scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and guest interactions.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and service improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Guest Relations, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- A passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Khan Market, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
