Guest Relation Executive and Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell studio memberships, packages, and wellness programs.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective conversions.
  • Follow up with leads from tele-calling, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Actively participate in promotional events, open houses, and collaborations.
  • Welcome guests warmly, guide them through the studio, and explain offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
  • Ensure a seamless experience from first interaction to membership sign-up.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Coordinate with instructors and management for smooth class scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and guest interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Guest Relations, or Customer Service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • A passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Khan Market, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
