Guest Relation Executive / Sales Executive ( Female )

• Greet and welcome guests/clients in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist visitors by providing accurate information about products, services, and facilities.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain a positive and professional company image at all times.
• Support sales and marketing teams in client coordination and appointment scheduling.
• Manage guest feedback and escalate concerns to relevant departments for resolution.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,250.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
