Guest Relation Officer

Job Title: Guest Relations Officer (Female)

Location: Gold Souk – Retail Bullion Store
Department: Sales / Customer Relations
Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to join our retail bullion store at Gold Souk. The ideal candidate will have a strong Arabic background, be fluent in Arabic and English, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role is customer-facing and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, building relationships, and supporting sales operations in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally, ensuring a warm and memorable store experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for walk-in guests and inquiries.
• Communicate confidently in Arabic and English with local and international customers.
• Explain products, promotions, and services clearly, supporting the sales team as required.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth customer flow and service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative or front-desk duties when required.
• Support marketing or customer engagement activities inside the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Gold Souk retail standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidate with Arabic background (mandatory).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Versatility in speaking additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS/CRM experience is an added advantage).
