Guest Relation Officer with Bike License

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest communications, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all regulatory and platform requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest communication across platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Make My Trip and Others).
  • Handle check-in/check-out coordination and provide assistance to guests during their stay.
  • Manage property listings and ensure they are optimized, updated, and accurate on all platforms.
  • Complete guest registrations and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
  • Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide support in operations and contribute to enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or short-term rental management.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other hospitality management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
