Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Holiday Homes Guest Relations Agent cum Operations Coordinator to manage guest communications, reservations, property operations, and daily coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities.
Guest Relations
- Handle guest inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Share property details, house rules, and local area information with guests.
- Maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat bookings and reviews.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and drivers for daily operations.
- Schedule cleaning, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor apartment readiness before guest arrivals.
- Maintain operational records, booking calendars, and inventory.
- Ensure all properties meet company quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and booking platforms.
- Familiarity with Dubai holiday homes operations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible to work weekends or shifts when required.
