Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee guest activities, including events management and entertainment programs, ensuring smooth execution.
- Handle guest concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively using conflict management skills to resolve issues amicably.
- Assist with cash handling duties during ticketing or retail transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Support food service operations by assisting with orders, serving guests, or managing dining areas when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained, including lifeguard responsibilities if applicable.
- Engage with children and families through public speaking or storytelling to enhance their experience.
- Contribute to creating a lively atmosphere by participating in or facilitating theater or entertainment activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality environments with a passion for creating positive guest interactions.
- Strong background in events management and the ability to coordinate multiple activities seamlessly.

- Effective cash handling abilities with attention to detail during transactions.
