Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Princeville, HI, for a Guest Relations Coordinator. The role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized interactions, assisting with reception duties, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. The Coordinator will be responsible for building positive relationships with guests, managing reservations, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the guest journey.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Guest Relations and strong Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals effectively.
  • Ability to handle Receptionist Duties efficiently, such as managing reservations, scheduling, and check-ins/check-outs.
  • A positive and professional attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
