Guest Relations Executive w/ Driver License

LUXE Vacation Homes is a property management company based in Dubai, specializing in the provision of short-term vacation rental solutions. With a foundation rooted in European precision and a deep understanding of the local market, LUXE stands out for its commitment to operational excellence and service quality.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our small team.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate to Guests via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com and others OTAs.

- Register Guests with Building Management and DTCM.

- Check-In Guests at the property and help them in case of inquiries.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.

- Conduct regular property inspections and implement necessary improvements.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English in Speaking and Writing (Arabic is a plus)

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working for Holiday Homes Companies in Dubai.

- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. (Own Car is a plus)

- Proven track record of successfully managing holiday homes or similar properties.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in Dubai's holiday homes sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
