Communicate with guests online through email, booking platforms, and messengers.
Send booking confirmations, updates, and follow-up messages to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage reservations — create, update, and process bookings, including handling online payments.
Review and respond to guest feedback on all platforms, and help resolve any issues or disputes.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Complete special or urgent tasks assigned by the management when needed.
Genuine interest in communicating with guests and providing excellent service.
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Confident computer skills and ability to use basic software.
Active and comfortable using the internet and online platforms.
Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Willingness to learn and grow.
