Guest Relations Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Officer role located in Sharjah for Holiday Homes. The Guest Relations Officer will manage and improve customer experiences by handling inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining organized reception operations, fostering positive guest interactions, and effectively communicating with both guests and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and will represent Diginet Global's core values in all interactions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Guest Relations and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Service with experience in creating a welcoming environment
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals
  • Experience and competence in Receptionist Duties, including answering inquiries and providing accurate information
  • Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and systems is preferred
