Guest Relations Officer (GRO) - UAE

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional service and manage the guest experience for our vacation homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase apartments to guests.
• Maintain excellent guest relationships and handle requests.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve property issues.

Requirements:

• Must own a car and possess a valid UAE Driving License.
• Fluent in English (excellent verbal communication is essential).
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
