• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property.
• Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing janitorial duties regularly.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures aligned with hospitality standards and industrial cleaning practices.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies to provide a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet maintenance is advantageous.
• Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining efficiency.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment or housekeeper management systems is beneficial but not essential.
