Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to join our dynamic housekeeping team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, ensuring every visitor enjoys a pristine environment. Your attention to detail and hospitality spirit will contribute significantly to our guests’ memorable stay. Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold our high standards of cleanliness
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all surfaces spotless
• Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and properly arranged for guest comfort
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or industrial cleaning when needed
• Support other housekeeping functions to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments, with a focus on guest room maintenance
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual tasks throughout shifts
• Prior custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus; housekeeper management skills are advantageous but not required
