Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional guest experiences will shine! Whether managing front desk operations or assisting with guest services, your proactive approach will drive positive interactions and elevate our hospitality standards.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently, including room assignments, special accommodations, and information about hotel amenities.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist guests with check-out processes, billing questions, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and special requests using hotel management software.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to meet guest expectations.
  • Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
  • Provide exceptional guest services at the front desk and throughout the resort environment to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews.
  • Support multilingual communication efforts to serve diverse guests effectively.
  • Uphold safety protocols and hotel policies to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Skilled in using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software for reservations and guest records.
  • Excellent phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills for engaging interactions.
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality management, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with hotel safety standards and emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment for all visitors. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
