Ramada by Wyndham Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our busy front desk team and deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Opera PMS experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing questions
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain brand and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required
• Opera PMS experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
