Front Desk Agent – Experienced Hospitality Professionals (Hilton/Marriott/Upscale)

The Role

  • High-Touch Logistics: We are a busy, high-profile airport hotel. You will manage the specific needs of Hilton Honors Gold & Diamond members, flight crews, and elite sports teams (including MLB and collegiate rowing) with grace and precision.
  • Independent Excellence: While we provide a comprehensive three-week training period, we are looking for "plug-and-play" candidates who have the professional maturity to eventually manage the desk independently during high-pressure evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Hotel Front Desk experience at an upscale or mid-scale brand is non-negotiable.
  • Availability: Weekend availability is mandatory for all hires—Part-time or Full-time, AM or PM shifts.
  • Technical Skills: Prior experience with major Property Management Systems (PEP, OnQ, Opera, or FOSSE) is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Ability to resolve conflicts and communicate effectively in English is required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
