Guest Service Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries with professionalism and grace. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using phone systems.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing reservations and room assignments efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions with guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing guest relations.
• A positive can do attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service are crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
