Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing effective solutions

Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using our booking system

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all guest records are up-to-date

Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure smooth operations

Handle cash and credit t ransactions accurately and securely

Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
Skills And Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality t raining is a plus

Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Abil ity to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
