We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Louisville, KY. This part-time front desk position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s property management system.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and security.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
