Guest Service Agent

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction at our resort or hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing processes
• Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Ensure front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
• Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry
• Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency highly desirable for effective guest communication
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems a plus
• Knowledge of guest relations, resort operations, and hospitality best practices is advantageous
• Experience handling night audit procedures is beneficial but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
