Guest Service Agent

Looking to hire a Full-Time Guest Services Representative Supervisor for small boutique hotel located in downtown San Diego.

Ability to work AM or PM shifts AND weekends.

Guest Services Representative Supervisor needed to greet guests with a warm welcome and provide services related to registering and assigning rooms to guests up to and including:

-Issuing room keys

-Transmitting and receiving messages

-Keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts

-Creating and confirming reservations

-Presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests

-Overseeing other Guest Services Representatives

Must have open availability to work either mornings or evenings and weekends.

Pay range for Guest Services: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
