Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple communication channels efficiently
- Support guest relations by ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously throughout their stay
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel front office
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is advantageous
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
